Meet the Founders
Meet Sarah Swan and Jeremy Burn, the guiding hands behind 100 Mile Table, Bay Grocer & Homey Take Home. After nearly 15 years together in business, from 100 Mile Table’s inception as a cafe and catering company in an early and very empty industrial estate to Duk, their much-loved Chinese bbq restaurant on Bay Lane, to the Byron Bay Golf Club and the canteen at Stone & Wood Brewery, life has never been dull.
Together, Sarah’s culinary expertise and Jeremy’s business and hospitality background form the perfect blend: a team rooted in food-first values, dedicated to bringing you food that is both delicious and thoughtfully produced in Byron Bay.
