We’ve cured the Cromwell Farm Dexter topside a few times now and each time we tweek a bit here and there and it just gets better. 100 Mile Table lunch, November 26

 

Just over 2 weeks ago now, the team from 100 Mile Table once again graced the friendly (read – roomy, spotless – at least at the beginning, things work!) kitchen of Bangalow Guesthouse in the hinterland of the Byron Shire. We threw down our random accumulation of white cloths, polished the odd glass, sliced the blood oranges for the campari and waited for our guests.

Proud proud proud and excited to announce 100 Mile Table’s lunch at Bangalow Guesthouse this month – Saturday November 26.

About a month ago, Dan, myself and Hunter the dog made the long awaited move from Sydney to the Byron hinterland, and the (non-work) days since have been filled with  fantastic exploration and discoveries. Ive always been a fan – honest, fresh, real food; seasonal , delicious, interesting and at times mad! Always delivered with the cheekiest sense of humour.

And now – we are lucky enough to be able to pull up a stool or chair at their cracking new canteen at The Carriageworks, bang opposite Eveleigh Markets. Saturday’s just got better!
