100 Mile Table lunch, September 23

A little over a week and I fill the car to the brim and head South to Mudgee to cook a couple of lunches at the divine Mongrel Wines. Bean curd crusted pork belly, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, green papaya salad, pork cooked in bamboo , Rama’s Bath, spicy fried eggplant and black sticky rice.
